Chapter 2, Track 04
After crossing the Goma range, we decided to take a brief detour to the nearby lumberjack village of Kolima, nestled in a dense forest. But what awaited us wasn't the town's infamous hospitality. As we entered the village gates, a mysterious force erupted from the forest and swept through the town, turning all the residents into trees before our eyes! Only we adepts were spared, thanks to our psynergy: it seems that it sometimes activates subconsciously, beyond our control. What do we do now? However grave our own quest, we cannot leave the townsfolk in this state... what has been done to anger the forest so...?

The melody is so light hearted and sweet at first and the dramatic turn in the middle is really effective.

The artwork is also great. I don't think I've ever seen this moment depicted in fanart and you really capture the horror and shock the people of Kolima must have felt.
